We were given some questions to post on our blog. But they are good ones. It seems as though the answers might be floating somewhere, just elusive enough to never find the answer we seek. I agree with another post that stated "some teachers just seem to have it." This is a right on comment. You can just feel it when you walk into their rooms. Those that just "have it" make in work in any content area. I have learned a lot from observing colleagues in other arenas. Does anyone have answers, concrete or philosophical. I am, we (my classmates and myself) are looking for them. Can you help???

Where do we go to get the "right" kind of help and how do we really know just what we need?
